Credit Card Information:
Kinja, L.L.C. will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement (NOT: RentalAgreements.com)
Clients who download forms are informed that KINJA, L.L.C. will appear on their credit card statements twice. The first time is when we send you an email titled "Rental Agreements Order Confirmation Page". This page allows the client to download forms and informs the client that they need to print out the page as it is the "receipt" for the credit card transaction. It tells the client that KINJA LLC will appear as the "vendor" on their credit card statement.
A secondary and separate e-mail is sent to all people who order forms; informing them that we are aware that they placed an order for a real estate form and our clients are again informed that KINJA, L.L.C. (not RentalAgreements.com) will appear on the credit card statement.
Select individuals are choosing to ignore these warnings. Because of this, certain individuals, once they receive their credit card statements are opting to have the credit card transactions "reversed" as they do not recognize KINJA, L.L.C. as a proper vendor, or place they have shopped.
Every attempt is made to work out any charge(s) errors or misunderstandings with our clients.
IF Kinja, L.L.C. has to "prove" that an individual visited the site and ordered forms (i.e., to Merchant services for either Kinja, L.L.C., or the client) any and all fees associated or incurred will be passed on to the client who visited the site. These fees include but are not limited to: long distance phone calls made to Merchant Services for both Kinja, L.L.C. and the Client's bank, photo-copying, postage, research, clerical time, bank service fees and Merchant Service reversal fees. We feel that ample warnings have been both posted and given to our clients (informing them that RentalAgreements.com is owned by KINJA, L.L.C.) and the expenses incurred far exceed the nominal fees we charge for the forms, and in most instances, surpass the original online transaction fee.
If it is deemed to be a KINJA, L.L.C. error, we will not charge the client any service fees and we will gladly refund the client for our error.
It is further agreed to that the client who places the order, willfully discloses personal information. The client supplies KINJA, L.L.C. with their name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, e-mail address, credit card type, credit card number, and credit card expiration date; by typing in said information onto an order form and e-mailing it to RentalAgreements.com (Kinja, L.L.C.). The Client is an "authorized" user/signer of the credit card number that they are providing to The RentalAgreements.com (Kinja L.L.C.).
Client is further aware that as they are placing an on-line/internet based order, the client will not receive a "signed" receipt back. The only receipt that will be given to the client is located in the "Rental Agreements Order Confirmation Page" (which is automatically generated and e-mailed back to the client, once the client places the order. The client CAN NOT download or receive any forms without having received this notice!) The client may or may not choose to print out this page to keep it as their receipt to match up to their credit card statement.
RentalAgreements.com (Kinja L.L.C.) will use their Merchant Services Retail Payment System and conduct the transaction as a "phone/mail order".
Credit Card Processing "Denials"
At the time of placing the order to download real estate forms, the client assures The RentalAgreements (Kinja L.L.C.) that they are the authorized signer on the credit card number they provided and that there are sufficient funds for The RentalAgreements.com (Kinja L.L.C.) to collect the necessary transaction fees.
If there are insufficient funds (denial), The RentalAgreements (Kinja L.L.C.) will keep attempting to get said transaction authorized. For every time a transaction is denied, The RentalAgreements (Kinja L.L.C.) reserves the right to charge said customer a $2.00 additional service/handling fee for each attempt to collect, until said transaction becomes "authorized" through Merchant Services (credit card company).
The RentalAgreements.com (Kinja L.L.C.) shall be held harmless in any transaction whereby a credit card has been used fraudulently (lost or stolen credit cards). If a transaction is proven to be processed fraudulently, Kinja L.L.C. shall refund said transaction fees to that particular credit card after being advised to do so by Merchant Services.
PRIVACY POLICY
The policies below are applicable to the RentalAgreements.com and other sites on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet owned and operated by Kinja, LLC.
The RentalAgreements.com collects personally identifying information during (i)order processing (for online shopping) or, (ii)subscription registration. Additionally, information may be collected at locations within the site(s) where visitors specifically and knowingly provide such information along with content submissions (i.e., Frequently Asked Questions), suggestions, or the like. The RentalAgreements.com may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes.
